By participating in a TFCD photo session (a photo session in which no funds are exchanged), you hereby give the photographer and assigns mentioned above my permission to license the images and to use the images in any media for any purpose (except pornographic, defamatory, libellous or otherwise unlawful) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service.

You agree that the images may be combined with other images, text and graphics and may be cropped, altered or modified.

You agree that I have no rights to the images other than the rights assigned by ALR Photography which include the following:

    1. You can freely use the images produced with the use of a watermark which cannot be modified, altered or cropped. In the event that a watermark will not be used, the publisher should ensure that full recognition / credit is given to the photographer and assigns mentioned above.
    2. Recognition / credit will be provided by the means of a clickable link or direct URL to the assign’s online portfolio or website. In the event that one of more of the assigns do not have an online portfolio or website, direct contact information will need to be clearly displayed unless agreed otherwise in which written consent must be given and attached to this agreement and linked using the unique reference number displayed at the start of this agreement.
    3. If the photographer or any of the above mentioned assigns feel as though this agreement has not been honoured, you will be required to resolve the matter immediately and provide evidence of the correction or remove the published item within 24 hours of notice being given.

When notice is given, the photographer and assigns will be informed and continued use of the published item is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge and agree that you have no further right to additional consideration or accounting and that you will make no further claim for any reason to the photographer and / or assigns.

You acknowledge and agree that this agreement is binding upon my heirs and assigns. You agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual and will be governed by the laws of Romania.

You further understand that unless clear permission is granted and agreed by all assigns, unauthorised use of any materials produced by ALR Photography may give rise to claim for damages and / or be a criminal offence.

You automatically consent to the inclusion of this agreement, including the personal details recommended in it being added to a database which is owned and operated by ALR Photography.
