TFDD (Time for Digital Downloads) Photo Sessions

From time to time, I offer TFDD sessions—Time for Digital Downloads. These are collaborative photoshoots where no money is exchanged. Instead, both you (the model) and I benefit: you receive high-quality edited images, and I retain creative rights to use the work in my portfolio and promotional materials.

What’s Included

You’ll receive a curated selection of professionally edited photos from the session, delivered digitally. The number of images varies depending on the shoot, but I always aim to provide strong, usable shots that represent the best of what we’ve created together.

What You Agree To

By participating in a TFDD session with me, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Usage Rights

    I retain full rights to use, reproduce, and publish the photographs taken during the session. This includes my website, social media, printed portfolio, advertising, exhibitions, or any other lawful use.

  • Creative Editing

    I may edit, retouch, or artistically modify the images at my discretion. The final look and image selection are entirely up to me.

  • No Liability

    You release me from any legal claims relating to the use of the images—such as defamation, privacy, or copyright concerns.

  • No Image Approval

    You waive the right to inspect or approve the final images or how they’re used once the session is complete.

  • Age Requirement

    You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you’re under 18, I require written approval from a parent or legal guardian.

  • No Financial Compensation

    This is a creative collaboration only—there’s no payment involved on either side.

  • Your Image Use

    You’re welcome to use the final photos for personal promotion—on your social media, website, or portfolio. All I ask is that you credit me clearly as Aaron Roberts, aaronlroberts or ALR Photography, in line with my Image Use Agreement and Image Sharing Guidelines.

TFDD sessions are ideal for creative exploration, portfolio building, or simply trying something new. I consider all enquiries, but I only take on sessions that align with my current creative direction or projects.
