Have a play with the planner every studio hire client gets: a to-scale plan of the studio with its real lights, modifiers and stands. This is a demo, so nothing is saved – book the studio to plan your own session and I’ll set it up for you.

The useful bits
Place the lights where you’d like them for the start of your session and I’ll have the studio ready when you arrive. It’s optional: if you leave it, I’ll set up the standard three lights shown here.
- Start from a look, or add lights one by one: the light, its modifier, then its stand.
- Drag lights, the subject and the camera on the plan. Lights stay aimed at the subject unless you aim them by hand.
- Plan more than one setup if you like: each change takes about 10 minutes of your booking.
- Only what the studio has can be used, so everything you plan can really be set up.
You can come back to this link and change it until 08:00 on Tuesday, 20 October.

Right-click a light, the subject, the backdrop or the plan for more options (on a phone or tablet: press and hold).
