UNTOLD X returned to Cluj-Napoca from 7 to 10 August 2025 for the festival’s 10th anniversary. I spent the weekend photographing the performances, crowds and everything happening around them.
Don Diablo opened with an exclusive premiere that set the tone for the celebration, followed by Minelli’s upbeat set and a soulful debut from Rag’n’Bone Man. Sam Garret brought a calmer, more intimate energy, while Tujamo kept the mainstage crowd moving before Armin van Buuren took over for one of his legendary extended performances.
Delia and Inna lit up the stage with Romanian star power, leading into Post Malone’s highly anticipated first appearance at UNTOLD. Hugel kept the party going with a mix of house grooves, while Metro Boomin delivered his only European festival performance of the summer. WizTheMc brought fresh energy to the lineup, and Fisher closed the night with his trademark infectious beats.
Irina Rimes and Becky Hill brought two very different performances to the anniversary edition, while Anyma’s immersive audiovisual set became one of the most talked-about moments of the weekend.
From global names to Romanian favourites, I tried to capture the energy and scale of UNTOLD X throughout the weekend.
