Fees and Pricing
The price of your photo session, will depend on the kind of photo session you have requested and the duration.

Pricing Structure
My pricing is based on an hourly rate. This includes the cost of the photo shoot and the download of 6 processed, full-resolution images for each hour booked. For example, a 2-hour photo shoot in the studio (70 lei per hour) would cost 140 lei and include the download of 12 images.
Final Selection and Processing
After the photo shoot, you will be able to view the images in an online gallery and make your final selection. Once you have chosen your images, I will process them and make them available for download.
Extra Images
If you would like to download more than 6 images per hour, additional images can be purchased for a fee as outlined below. You will have the opportunity to view all the images taken during the photo shoot in an online gallery, and select the images you would like to download.

For hourly photo sessions, 6 fully-processed images are included in the hourly rate. These images will be made available for download upon selection at no additional cost.
In the event that you wish to obtain additional photos, not included in the hourly rate, you are able to purchase these at a special rate as outlined below.

Pricing is tiered, meaning that the first 5 images are charged at 5 lei per image, the next 6-10 images are charged at 4 lei per image and for 11 or over, the price is 3 lei per image.
All images released for download will be fully processed, full resolution and without any copyright or watermarks.

Commercial photo services can be charged in the local currently (Romanian leu) or in Euro.
Other currencies are supported, however, invoices will be issued only in the currencies mentioned above. Payment in currencies other than RON or EUR will be facilitated by a conversion service, which as PayPal or Revolut to avoid additional or unexpected fees.
Paying ALR Photography
Once your service has been completed, an account will be created on your behalf on the payment website, accessible via: https://alr-photography.com/account/. You will receive a username and password via E-mail which you can use to log into the payment site and pay for services, view the history of any payments you have made to ALR Photography, or check for any outstanding balances.
All services will be invoiced electronically to the contact email address provided during the booking of services and receipts for payments will also be delivered electronically. Prints are available upon request.
Payment Methods
Cash
We do not accept cash payments. All payments need to be made electronically. Options for electronic payments are outlined below.
Electronic Payments
Payments can be processed via bank transfer or directly online using your credit or debit card. In order to pay online, you must have internet payments enabled for your card. If a payment fails, you will not be charged and the system will notify you that the payment was not successful.
If you rather pay via Bank Transfer, you can select this as an option from the payment website. We accept payments to Raiffeisen Bank and Revolut (Libra Internet Bank). The account information will be displayed on the payment site.
Gift Cards, Credit Notes & Vouchers
If you have received a gift card or voucher (credit note) from ALR Photography, you can use this voucher as payment towards any ALR Photography products or services. It’s important to know that all gift cards and vouchers can only be used by the person named on the voucher and that it cannot be transferred or refunded.
If the amount of the service does not equate to the full value of the voucher, the remaining balance will serve as credit on your account for use towards another service at a later date.
Booking Fees
A standard booking fee will be charged on all booked ALR Photography services. This standard fee will be outlined either during the booking stage or agreed upon service confirmation. Typically these fees are paid in advance before services are confirmed.
Booking fees are used as guarantees of service agreements in order to ensure that the services provided by ALR Photography are honoured by all parties.
These fees will vary depending on the services request and ALR Photography retains the right to request the booking fee in advance of the service delivery in order to guarantee the availability of the photographer and subject to our cancellation policy outlined below.
Other fees may also be requested ahead of service delivery, such as for travel arrangements, where tickets are paid in advance. These costs will be clearly communicated in advance and must be paid by the customer to ensure service delivery.
Payment Processing Fees
There are no payment processing fees for payments made in cash. However, any form of electronic payment may incur an additional fee from your bank and such charges are outlined in your agreement with your bank.
We do not charge processing fees for any transaction made through our online payment system, however you may be charged for any currency conversion or bank transfer made by your bank.
Processing fees are non-refundable and should be addressed to you bank.
TFCD / “Free” Photo Sessions
TFCD and Free Photo sessions are also subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is a fixed penalty of 50 Lei and is charged ONLY in the event of cancellation within 48 hours of service delivery.
The fee is charged to compensate the removed availability on the date of the shoot delivery. ALR Photography can issue a refund for this fee only if extraordinary circumstances or due to force majeure, although this must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation Policy
- Photo services can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time and date of the scheduled delivery of the services with no penalty, unless stated otherwise and agreed to by both parties. In the event that you need to cancel your photo session, you must do this at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and date, otherwise the first hour is considered non-refundable. The remaining hours will be refunded
- Cancellation fees are non-refundable and must be paid to ALR Photography within 5 days of service cancellation.
- Cancellation fees are charged to ensure that future clients of ALR Photography are guaranteed true availability for service delivery.

Photo Shoot Cancellations
- Before 48 hours of delivery: No Fee
- Within 48 hours of delivery: First Hour is Non-Refundable
Studio Hire Cancellations
If you need to cancel your photo session, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a non-refundable charge of 85 lei (the first hour).
If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled session, ALR Photography reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the original booking total or 85 lei, whichever is greater. For same-day cancellations, or those made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, ALR Photography may charge up to 75% of the original booking total or 170 lei (two hours), whichever is greater.
You can cancel your reservation outside of the 48-hour window by using the link in the confirmation email, or by replying directly to the notification email. In the event of a cancellation, any remaining balance will be refunded after deducting applicable cancellation fees.
Please note that if your services conclude earlier than the reserved time, the additional time is non-refundable, as this time was reserved exclusively for you and blocked from other potential bookings.
Service / Event Cancellations
- A service cancellation is considered any cancellation to Birthday / Celebration services, Special Events and Live Performances.
- In the event that a cancellation is performed within 72 hours of delivery, the customer will be required to pay the rate of the first hour outlined during the confirmation of the service being booked.
- If cancellation is performed within 48 hours, ALR Photography retains the right to charge up to 50% of the original booking, or the first hour, whichever is greater.
- For same day or cancellations (received within 24 hours of scheduled service delivery) ALR Photography retains the right to charge up to 75% of the original booking, or 2 hours, whichever is greater.
- Charges for service cancellations must be paid within 5 days of the original service delivery date.
Other / Outside Policy Cancellations
Depending on the clients requirements, a non-standard cancellation policy may be put in place on services requested.
This special cancellation policy will be fully explained in advance to the customer and she/he will have agreed to this policy at the time of service confirmation.
In the event that any dispute is made regarding non-standard cancellation charges, the client must present their claim to ALR Photography within 72 hours of service cancellation otherwise the cancellation policy outlined by ALR Photography will be honoured and payment will be due immediately.
Refunds
ALR Photography takes great care in delivering high standards throughout the entire delivery of the product. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your experience or product, please contact us directly so that we can investigate and take necessary steps to resolve the issue.
If for any reason, you feel as though we were not able to resolve your issue, you may be entitled to a refund for your service.
Applying for a Refund
If you wish to apply for a refund, you can submit your request in writing to payments@alr-photography.com within 48 hours of your payment. A refund will only be considered if there are genuine reasons and supporting documentation (Ex. receipt of payment).
We will not issue a refund under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Fees
- Payment Processing Fees
- Outside of 48 hour dispute window
- No proof of payment provided
- Products returned damaged or incomplete
- Media has been used online
- ‘Change of Mind’
- Digital Media has been downloaded
